SUSAN W. WARNER, M.D. is a board certified pathologist with Pathology Group of the Midsouth and Trumbull Laboratories and received both undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Tennessee. Most recently she has been certified as a Culinary Medicine Specialist in association with the Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine at Tulane School of Medicine. Dr. Warner’s goal is to teach others how diet can influence health and how to make healthy food taste delicious in a plant forward manner, so she is studying to become a chef. In 2016, she helped to establish the culinary medicine program at the University of Tennessee for medical students and the Culinary Medicine Advisory Board and program at Church Health Wellness in Memphis.  Currently she volunteers to teach medical residents and holds an Assistant Clinical Professor appointment with the University of TN College of Medicine. Dr. Warner believes in the importance of giving back to the community and is a long time community volunteer serving on various non-profit boards.  Her passion is to spread the desire for a healthful life to Memphis.
